The Casa

A spacious environment with amenities at the ready, the villa boasts a modern design but with a simple approach and flare. In short 3 bedrooms are large with ceiling fans, the main bedroom has its own private en-suite, the two other rooms are twin rooms with single beds but there is the option of having a twin bed, these rooms have both shower units.

BEDROOMS: 3 Rooms, 1 with Double bed, 2 with Single Beds

BATHROOMS: 2 Upstairs with wash basin, toilet and shower unit, 1 downstairs with toilet and wash room.

KITCHEN: Toaster, Grill, Separate dining area, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Hob, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Crockery & Cutlery Provided.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa and Armchair set with setting for up to 8 people, coffee table in the centre of the room with magazine and newspaper shelf, open fire place (but never used). Satellite TV, DVD player and a radio for entertainment.

DINING ROOM: Seating for up to 6 people like the living room, spacious area with large wooden table and chairs, cupboards for storing wine glass and plates.

HEATING/COOLING: Central Heating is fitted throughout, air conditioning units are found in the lounge and in the main bedroom, electric heaters are available.

OUTDOOR: Separate dining area with table and chairs, patio and terrace surround the private swimming pool, sun beds and sun shades are available for bathing and relaxing near the pool, a car parking space for 2 cars, a landscaped garden at the front, BBQ terrace.

Payment: Currency is GBP Pounds Sterling and is preferred instead of foreign currency, exceptions maybe applied within reason.

1 July to 29 July : Per Night £191, Per/Week £1395
29 July to 28 August : Per Night £191, Per/Week £1595

If two weeks are booked in a row then the price is lowered by £70 per week.
Deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the balance due eight weeks before holiday begins.

Min. stay is 7 days

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation we will do our utmost to replace the booking and in that event we will refund payments made to the extent that we have been able to replace them. The rate is subjected to change without prior notice or warning given. The property is a no smoking zone and no pets except guide dogs. Please ensure all appliances and air conditioning is turned off before leaving the villa.
