La Casa Real is a detached house recently refurbished and designed to a modern style, found in a quiet corner of Moraira and within 2 minutes walk of a number of restaurants. The beach is very near to the villa, lined with more restaurants and cafes.Valencia is about 60miles from the villa. It is a small but popular fishing village on the Costa Blanca with Javea, Denia and Altea being the nearest towns. Moraira is surrounded by hills and vineyards with olive groves. Beaches and restaurants are not only found here, water parks boat lauches, snorkling, fishing, bowling, tennis and other water activites are frequent and popular with everybody.

La Casa Real is in a quiet part of the town of Moraira which is a small coastal town part of Teulada, in the Marina Alta district about 40miles northward from the city of Alicante. Benidorm is between the villa and Alicante, here there are theme parks and nation parks all with spectacular scenery.Alicante Airport is an hour drive by car from the villa, a car is recommended, check out deals for car hire at Alicante Airport online or on your arrival to the airport, you can get extra discounts if you have prebooked in advance.
