We are currently open for servicing and repair work. We don’t take bookings and operate on a first come first served basis. We can only store so many bikes so would advise arriving early to avoid disappointment. Late collections severely hamper our ability to take in new work so please collect your bike promptly when it is ready.
Service work will be carried out Monday to Friday with Saturday left free to complete smaller on the spot repairs and book in and hand back service work. Despite slow stock deliveries we are trying our best to keep our shops stocked with a wide range of cycling essentials.
Our shops can get especially busy at the weekend and limiting the shop space to one customer at a time means you may have to wait. Please be assured we are working as hard as we can to service as many of our customers old and new as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience.
We are operating a one in one out policy in our shop, please wait outside until invited in and keep two meters between yourself and others at all times. Hand sanitiser is available for your use and we regularly clean contact points.
From the middle of March until the end of May we have been servicing NHS workers bikes with no labour charges. This has now ended but we continue to prioritise NHS workers for service and repair work as and when we can.
